Technology

We believed good quality of film can speak by itself in long term, in order to achieve superior quality and consistency of the film, we start with only the finest quality of raw material to produce the best base film, which is polyester. Polyester clear optical film is foundation of our product line.

Sputtering is a process whereby atoms are ejected from a solid target material due to bombardment of the target by energetic particles. This involves ejecting material from a ‘target’ that is a source onto a ‘substrate’. Because of the low substrate temperatures used, sputtering is an ideal method to deposit contact metals for window films.

 

SunMax Window Film produced by using 2-ply optical clear polyester structure constructed using Sputtering Technology with adding Nickel elements, Chromium elements, Aluminum and Titanium elements to enhances the performance and the stability by reflect out the heat from shorter nanometer wavelength to longer nanometer wavelength in the Solar Spectrum. It is suitable to use in all architectural and automotive glass for better heat rejection and glare reduction, resulting in energy savings. Due to 2-ply of optical clear polyester structure, the products enhances the clarity without distortion or blur view. SunMax Window Film act like a ‘Mirror Effect’ that increase privacy during daytime. It also increase the durability in the product life-span due to the film structure and construction.
